Taakomschrijving

Main tasks:
-Is responsible for several assembly departments.
-Is responsible for the assembly quality: build and check according to the internal specifications.
-Maximize utilization.
-Co-ordinates Design For Assembly input.
-Is responsible for efficiency improvement.
-Is responsible for the deliverables, in time, specifications and costs.
-Supports the Pre Delivery Inspection and Installation & Commissioning of projects by providing skilled resources.
-Is responsible for the development of people and tools to increase overall efficiency and flexibility.
-Be able to co-ordinate a (2) shift system.

Main requirements:
-HTS Education.
-Several years of working experience in a similar job.
-Flexibility and accuracy.
-Excellent communicative skills and teamwork.
-Take initiatives and be able to motivate and simulate people.
-Be able to work independently
-Readiness to work in a 2 shift system.
